This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for the Knowster service at knowster.chat. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.

1. Free Tier

Knowster offers a free plan with no credit card required. We encourage all users to start with the free plan to evaluate the service before upgrading to a paid subscription. The free plan includes up to 1 site, 50 chats per month, and 10 leads per month.

2. Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal.

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date. Requests made after this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
