- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
- Is there a contract or commitment?
- No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime.
- What happens when I run out of messages?
- Your assistant shows a short message inviting visitors to leave their email, so you keep capturing leads. To resume answering, add a top-up pack of 1,000 messages for $20 ($0.02 each) or upgrade your plan. Top-ups are prepaid and one-off, so you are never charged automatically for going over.
- What counts as a message?
- One reply from your assistant is one message. If a visitor asks five questions in one conversation, that is five messages. Your monthly limit is the total messages answered across all your sites that month.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Not yet, but it is on our roadmap. Subscribe to updates at knowster.chat.
- Can I try before I buy?
